About
Boilermakers Local 107
About Us
Boilermakers Local 107 was originally founded in Milwaukee as a railroad and field construction division in 1936. On October 12, 1954, we were chartered as a field construction lodge, and we have served the state of Wisconsin in this capacity ever since. Over the years, our location has changed, and we now reside in Brookfield, a Milwaukee suburb. Local 107 is a subordinate local lodge of the International Brotherhood of Boilermakers, Iron Ship Builders, Blacksmiths, Forgers, and Helpers.
Our goal as a union is to make sure that our members are educated and well-trained to provide qualified, skilled, and safe workers for our signatory employers and clients. We accomplish this through the accredited apprenticeship training program and continued journeyman upgrade courses required of the membership through the Boilermakers National Apprenticeship Program and the Boilermakers MOST programs. Ultimately, the result is faithfully serving the membership while also providing for the needs of our contractors and owners.
